River Bend Transit provides low-cost curb-to-curb transportation for people needing help getting to work, job training, job search and child day care. This service is known as JARC (Job Access and Reverse Commute). It’s currently available to residents of Davenport and Bettendorf.

Surveys
River Bend Transit, the regional public transit provider for Scott, Muscatine, Clinton, and Cedar Counties, currently provides inexpensive weekly round trip transportation to Iowa City on Mondays and Tuesdays. RBT is considering whether or not to provide additional days of service from Scott County to Iowa City.
